Goofyport TTC - Hacker found?

This morning I was on Toontown as normal when I saw 2 white toons. A cat named Nikki wearing a flunky suit. And a dog named Fritz who claimed to be with Team Trap and will steal and sell our toons. And after I reported them both via game, my server shut down on me. So, then I reported them both again via email support. So I'm actually somewhat afraid of Goofyport right now. Why would a toon want to steal and sell toons anyways? Thoughts?
