I sent a message to Toontown asking for the exact number of health points that the C.F.O and the C.E.O. have. This was their response:
Thank you for your question. To this day Toons still don't know what health points the C.F.O and the C.E.O or any boss have. They keep it very mysterious from us. All I know is that it takes longer to defeat them than a normal Cog in the streets. If you have any other questions or feedback please feel free to email them in.
