STUPID IDIOTIC ME

OK, so I was playing POTCO, when this dude starting slagging me off for being slow in a mini game (even though he did at the same speed) and used a few bad words and got banned. I was expecting a 3 day ban or something but instead they said we had to ring up, and I dont want my mum finding out lol. Anyone know how to get it unbanned?? Im also trying to get 1 month membership with prizerebel :D
