Not to be confused with Double Talker, the Cog.

Double Talk is one of the Cog moves. Despite its name, it can be performed not only by Double Talkers, but Cold Callers, and Telemarketers.

Animation

1. The Cog pounds its fist on its other hand.
2. As he does it, he says a phrase.
3. Four words will come out of the Cog.
4. The four words splits and two words are on each side.
   • HIT: After splitting up, they attack the Cog's targeted Toon.
   • MISS: The Toon will duck and receive no harm.

• Despite this attack's name, it is not the Double Talker's signature move, but it is their strongest move.
• This attack does not have any phrases; therefore, the default phrase "Take a memo on this!" is used. 
• The phrase "Take a memo on this!" is also used by Pencil Pushers during their Fill With Lead attack.
